If you want to waste your time take your car here we understand mechanics have multiple cars to work on but i gave them my car last Friday and the guy at the front desk said he will give me a call after they diagnosed it on Monday great Monday comes no call so i called the front desk number and no answer 1 minutes later i get a call back saying they havent diagnosed it yet and they are today and he will call back and let me know a quote to fix the problem im having cool so i waited all day no call i waited till Tuesday around 12:30 to call no answer then again at 1 pm and 2 pm no answer so i go in to the shop Wednesday to see if they have a quote and they still haven't even test drove it the guy at the front desk said hell do it today and email me and text me i told him okay Wednesday ends no email or text Thursday i was already fed up and just waited for them to reach out an i have no response after constantly checking my email and messages then here comes friday my car had been there for a week no progress so i waited until 10am for something anything about my car and i got nothing so i went over again and took my car as i went inside i didn't even say anything the dude at the front desk said "our WiFi has been down the past couple days i can show you" that's cool what about the phone that you gave me your personal number i just told him it was cool and i would fix the problem myself and the worst part is that i still had to pay the diagnostic fee and they did absolutely nothing to my car i do not recommend this place to my worst enemy

This place is a big joke I feel bad for the people who work here because they are always left telling customers they have to talk to the owner Mohammed Khadar who conviently is never there when there is an issue …. The worst service I have ever witnessed, I’m not even sure what to complain about at this point. The work was completely botched, and the customer service throughout the entire 3 months that it was in the shop was completely unacceptable. Upon pick up, I had to personally reattach my front license plate and screw the antenna back in. My car was having transmission issues.They first found several codes wrong. They said they would call me the next day. They did not so I called them again and my phone went straight to voicemail. Called on a different phone and they picked up immediately. The next few days both phones went straight to voicemail. I paid a $154 diagnostic fee and I have exactly the same information that I had before I took it in. That being that it isn't working right. They also said it threw 42 codes and did nothing about it in the week that they had it. If you enjoy wasting your time then this is the place to go. Go to the dealership instead!

Establishment took money without fixing issue with car. Claim business does not issue refund, but it's not posted in business or on receipt!! Very fraudulent environment!!!
I had service at Beach Ford several times. The staff were helpful. I asked them to check my car before a road trip. They recommended a couple things that needed to be done nthen. They told me a few others things could wait a few months. I very happy they prioritized the work.
Would recommend to anyone who needs to get their vehicle repaired!
